We were at the sitio(cabin) for the weekend with some friends. We had churrasco(bbq) and went river walking. Jasper had a little run in with a rock, unfortunately the rock won the fight and she came out with a black eye. As of today it is green, and purple and quite stylish. She is quite proud of her new look!!

This was taken at Lidi's house in Pelotas. They quickly learn that looking cute gets you many things when your little. This one gets your cheeks pinched!!!

Just a quick update for everyone. We just celebrated Jasper's 3rd birthday with friends!
We went swimming, hot dogs and cake, and had a great time together. She had a lot of fun!
She is growing up (a little in height) and is enjoying the summer weather.

Next will be Jessi and Jaden's birthday's with a joint party as they fall one after the other. We will have their party the day after Shannon's mom and friend travel here for the holidays. We are anxious to see family and friends from Canada. It will be a great Christmas just having them here.

We also want to send a special thank you to the Mrs. Wiebes grade 5 class for a job well done on the bake and craft sale. We are grateful for your hearts and eagerness to help us!
