Trip to Emergency!

So our sweet little Jessi had her first trip to emergency! She had caught a cold from her siblings and after two days of her breathing getting worse and worse we took her into get checked out. I am not the type to run to the doctor as soon as someone gets sick but after a couple of days and a night that was a bit scary i decided enough was enough and her little body didn't have enough to battle this one on her own. She was having a really hard time breathing and was so tired because she couldn't get enough oxygen into her little lungs. So she needed a little help and is now on some drugs to help clear it up. She sits with her little mask and says "Nao quero" which means "i don't want" but she sits through it and feels better afterwards. A few more days of this and she will be fit as a fiddle. The weather has been rather crazy here these past two to three weeks with lots of rainy days and one or two sunny days so for colds, or breathing problems it isn't helping. She has had two full nights sleep though now and thank you Jesus because mommy was very tired!

Jasper is enjoying speaking lots of portugues with everyone including us, which is cute and lots of fun for all. She gets a few verbs conjugated wrong but hey so do we!! Jaden is loving school with Patsy and the boys and he is growing and maturing so fast. Everyone has complimented him on these positive changes and we are proud parents!

That's the latest on the kids, one of these days Dwayne and I will have to make our own blog appearance!

Have a super day everyone!!

Hey, I recognize that couch! How's it working out for you? I miss it sometimes and so I'm glad that it's gone on to a better place!

Too bad for Jessi, I hope that she's feeling well soon!

The couch is great, for now it is here but once we buy land and construct more buildings it will go into someone elses place, but we are happy to take care of it. I think it is still a bit in shock from having you as owner to having Jessi and Jasper on it!! So far blankets have helped some serious accidents!haha

Awwww, despite the mask, that second picture is absolutely beautiful! Glad to hear she's feeling better, Shannon's getting some sleep, and that otherwise, all seems to be well.

We finally got snow this morning, for the first time, but of course, it's all gone and everything's just wet and gross now. Won't be long though...

Oh, how scary! I'm glad she'll be over it and things will be normal again.

It's so great that the kids are learning Portugese. Geo's first cousin's wife is Portugese and her parents are from Portugal. They go and visit once in awhile.

I spoke to your Mom twice today. Both Cheryl L. and us have a package for you with a whole pile of Melaleuca stuff for you guys to help with the banana bugs, the itching, healing from the bites, etc. It's our Christmas gift to you guys. She'll be picking it up at the Co-op later this afternoon. I included the instructions and recipe as well as emailing it to you. :)

Blessings,
Tam
